Project Overview: The existing two units on a 1,205 sqm site were replaced by 15 one-bedroom units over two buildings. Thomas Consultants engineering and contamination teams provided full civil and environmental engineering services to the client from initial assessment of site features to design and support during construction and acquisition of relevant certifications and sign-offs from Auckland Council.
