Project overview: Thomas Consultants Ltd was engaged by Kāinga Ora to provide all subdivision related engineering and land surveying consultancy services for 90 Carrington Road. With highly qualified, experienced experts across; civil, surveying and land development, we ensured that the project was managed precisely.

Goal:To deliver new homes for our client Kāinga Ora

Process: We specialise in providing all engineering and land surveying services for subdivision projects. For this project we reviewed the subdivision layout with the client and greater consultant team, to tailor the project to the current market which enabled making the subdivision process much more streamlined.

The value that Thomas Consultants team added: There were numerous challenges which were required to be addressed during the design and construction phases. Our Engineering & Survey team provided expert support and worked collaboratively with partner companies to achieve goals and targets set by Kāinga Ora for this project.

–                      Obtaining Completion certificates along with s223 & 224c

Survey:

–              Topographical survey

–              Engineering survey ( set outs and as-builts)

–              LT survey
