The Project
The scope of the Project comprised the design, consenting, tendering, construction and commissioning of the PAK’nSAVE store at Alderman Drive, Henderson, Auckland.
Goal:
PAK’nSAVE, Henderson provides essential services to the local community. The old store was outdated and small in size. The new store has larger floor space with basement carpark providing convenience to the shoppers. The layout and operations are designed to save energy.
The Value:
We provided the core service elements that Foodstuffs was looking for, and demonstrated the requisite expertise and experience. We understood their requirements, situation, strategic objectives, strengths and challenges.
