Thomas Consultants were engaged to investigate a site previously used as a wastewater irrigation field to determine if it was safe for residential development. We undertook a detailed site investigation involving collecting a number of soil samples across the site and sending them to a laboratory for analysis. We compared the results with national standards for residential use and helped the landowner ascertain that the site was safe for residential development.
