The Project: Thomas Consultants Ltd was engaged by Mars Living Construction to provide our Engineering, Surveying, Planning and Ecology services, enabling innovative and cost-effective solutions to develop their site at 10 Rimu Street in New Lynn, Auckland consisting of 8 new dwellings. Our team of planners, engineers, surveyors and ecologists liaised with local council and other regulatory authorities. We worked to discuss development controls such as earthworks, roading, stormwater, sewer, water supply to understand how to design the project to meet regulatory compliance and be granted a Resource Consent. We further prepared a detailed design and obtained engineering approvals from Auckland Council , Watercare & AT for construction. Our services covered all aspects of project scoping, engineering design, and construction delivery. Our ability to offer a wide range of land development services all under one roof helps us manage and deliver projects with ease.
