Project Overview:
With a history of 34 years, PAK’nSAVE Henderson is the second oldest PAK’nSAVE store in New Zealand. Food Stuffs NZ scheduled a comprehensive rebuild of the store programmed for 2021. The store will be built at the same location but will be 2.5 times bigger, have an underground carpark, click & collect and be a lot more environmentally friendly. The team will also double to 200+ employees.
The project overall comprises of design, consenting, tendering, and construction of civil, geotechnical and environmental services, to enable the rebuild of the store. Thomas Consultants has been engaged to provide all designs and specifications, construction monitoring and inspections during Defects Liability Period.
