Project Overview:

Thomas Consultants was engaged to provide client side project management for this multi-year development. The staged programme of works sought to develop linkages between adjacent reserves to activate their use, increase safety for users, create passive surveillance from the surrounding residential areas, and to provide a destination for recreation for an expanding population within Mt Roskill. Works included demolition and asbestos contaminated soil clearance, construction of a shared path, all ages play space, installation of new lighting, a basketball court installation, new carpark build and reconstruction of 3000m of existing carpark and
roading including drainage improvements. The project had a lifetime value of approximately $4.3m.
